The staff were so lovely - Cecelia was so kind to us. The buffet is very average, the room was nice. The pool was heated and so warm. Mall is close as are all the parks.

Best family hotel at Yas Island

The best hotel for family at Yas Island. Connected to Warner Brothers World, Yas water world. All access is free if you stay at hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful

Perfect location in front of WB. The swimming area is good for kids. Breakfast was perfect with alot of options but it was a little crowded.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were great especially Rapesh and team in sidekick’s restaurant. Hubby a fussy eater and they made him some food one night not on menu. Above and beyond. Lovely gifts in room to celebrate Formula one weekend which was an unexpected surprise. Great free shuttle bus takes you around the island to the main attractions but also walkable if the temps are lower. Will be back

Nice overall, room for improvement

Room was stuffy, probably due to humidity. Also, I was not a fan of the carpet. While walking by during housekeeping, I noticed rooms had more of an area rug, but my room had stained wall to wall carpet.The phone in the room did not work, had to use the one in the bathroom.

The amount of noise from the service area next to our room in the middle of the night was absolutely appalling. For several hours all we could hear was banging, things being dragged about etc all in the middle of the night! Would not stay again

I loved it but there are minor things that need some attention to it.. usually in all hotels the toiletries are provided near the sink like toothpaste and brush, earbuds, etc, in this hotel i had to order it from housekeeping.. walls are not sound proof.. other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel

Staff at the reception are so polite , although they require more training in communicating details to guests .. I was told I’d have 3 days access to the parks .. on the third our entry was refused cuz we paid for 2 nights only so we are allowed 2 entry only . That was disappointing

Review Lovely family experience “Before we arrived read all the reviews and was assuming people make up stuff before they rush home… but genuinely hats off to the team here at Warner bros. We arrived from london family of 4. (3 and 8 year old). Our main suitcase was stuck somewhere and didn’t arrive for two days. Perfect location to get to the mall and get new clothes! The staff gave us toothbrushes/ paste and where possible tried to make the stay as easy as possible As part of our package we got park accesses free to 1. Warner brothers 2. Yas world (lovely family experience) and 3. Ferrari world (not many rides for little toddlers) The kids loved it. Perfect location to get to all the rides/ places. Taxi are very cheap so getting to the mall cost £2.50 Food: breakfast and dinner was lovely. A good selection of foods and very accommodating staff. My youngest only eats fried egg white which they accommodated everyday. The first breakfast was manic as there was so many guest and the queue was to the door. The following day they opened the private restaurant for breakfast serving and gave customers the option to eat in either or place. Very happy and smiling staff across the hotel. Pool side staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to help, have a chat and just make all the guest feel welcomed. This is a property that is directly adjacent to two of the amusement parks in Abu Dhabi. It is also 10 minutes away from several others. It’s a beautiful property, with a nice buffet style, Cafe Terrea, and a nice restaurant for something a bit more upscale. The food quality is Slightly above average. The buffet is plenty full with decent options.
