"I was surprised to find there was no shower/bath in my room and that it was necessary to shower in the communal onsen. For the very high weekend rate of the room, I expected more. However, the staff in the restaurant were attentive to all dietary restrictions and remembered them for each meal."

"夜食無料サービスが良かった。 カレーライスや冷食、レトルトの親子丼等があり、カレーを食べたが美味しくて大満足でした。 部屋は横幅がなく奥行きしかないシンプルな部屋でした。ただ、テーブルが枕元と部屋の入り口に1つずつあり、使い勝手は充分でした。 UBにはスキンケアの乳液等もあり、小規模なホ テルながら、備品やサービスの充実によりコスパの良いホテルだなと思いました。スタッフも親切でした。"

"the staff is very nice; but the hotel is kind of out dated, the wall in the room is fixed but didn't apply paint on it; but at least it is clean; all the rooms are located on 2nd floor and the hotel don't have elevator and we have to carry our luggages up and down; really hope they will renovate ..."
