"The view of Cerro Verde National Park is amazing. The best view ever.The property is well maintained Make it sure to have jacket because it is cold at night and early morning. The restaurant food is mediocre. The room is a bit outdated, lots of things missing in the room. No lotion, no kleenex or tissue, the room has only one side table, the pillows look like 10 years old, please invest a new pillows or a nicer one. I thinknthey have problem with water heater, shampoo, conditioner and handwash pump are broken, no face cloth. Toilet tank need to open everytime after you flush the water is not running. There was a strong moldy smell the moment we enter the room. Outside patio is not clean. We stayed at room 102. I'm glad we only book for 1 night. We checked out right after breakfast nothing to do anymore. Overall the view of the volcano is fantastic. . "
