The hotel clearly advertises a refrigerator in the room. When we checked in they said there was no refrigerator. However for 1000 pesos I could have one installed for the week. I picked this hotel because I wanted a fridge. It was false advertising and misleading.

First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway.

La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Desde la recepción, la atención del personal deja mucho que desear; la amabilidad y disposición para atender al huésped parecen ser aspectos secundarios. El reglamento del establecimiento, además de estar deficientemente redactado, transmite una falta de profesionalismo que resulta poco acorde con un hotel que pretende ofrecer un servicio de calidad. Respecto al desayuno, considero que la relación calidad-precio es poco favorable. La oferta es sumamente limitada, prácticamente reducida a huevo, por lo que definitivamente no justifica el costo adicional. En ese sentido, resulta más conveniente hospedarse sin desayuno. Lo único verdaderamente destacable fue el servicio de valet parking: el personal fue excepcionalmente amable, atento y servicial, y fue, sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia. En general, no considero que la experiencia corresponda al precio ni a las expectativas que genera el establecimiento. Si están considerando hospedarse aquí, les recomendaría evaluar otras opciones, particularmente hoteles de mayor renombre que puedan ofrecer un servicio más acorde con lo que se está pagando.

Fueron muy amables desde qje llegamos. Nos entregaron antes la habitación por disponibilidad y eso nos ayudó en lo absoluto, ya que veníamos algo cansados. La atención de todo el persona el fue amable, las instalaciones son buenas y limpias. Es un hotel muy familiar. Lo recomiendo do ampliamente
