"I booked this hotel through Expedia and was not made aware of any parking charges during the booking process. When I checked in, no one informed me about the parking fee either. Later, when I questioned the charge, the front desk employee told me it was listed on the DoubleTree website. I explained that I booked through Expedia and therefore did not see the information on the hotel’s direct booking site. Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk was disappointing. "The outdoor of the property was very clean. Except for my room it had a very high smell of urine and dog hairs on the carpet. Also one of The under cupboard handle was broken. I spoke to a young man by the front desk and he says he would have sent a maintenance man but no one came.. house keeping cleaned the room on the second day a the high urine spell wasn’t as high anymore. Other than that the hotel was ok."
