"For the price point and ridiculous surcharges present, it doesn’t deliver. Aside from the young men doing transport the staff was rude and not helpful.
Steamroom was out of order, the sculpt class I took was mediocre to say the least - our room was dusty and had cobwebs in the corners of the room as well as above the shower - unacceptable.
An additional arbitrary $45/day stay-fee on top of everything upon checkout was charged which is “just normal” according to the front desk. Bizarre.

"It's a nice place but for the price I would have expected more attention to detail in the room. There are also minimal amenities. Also, the images give you the impression it is in a very private, quiet area which is not the case. However, it is in a great location because it's right in the heart of the center of town; a nice town with a great, diverse selection of stores."

"For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...
