"Great hotel , helpful staff , clean room . I would have gave 5 stars but the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff informed us at check in and gave us option of cancellation. However it was later evening and we did not know where else to go ! They also gave us free breakfast because of this , which was kind . However when we asked when the air conditioning would be fixed , staff said “ maybe tomorrow, maybe next day?? This should have been a priority given the high temperatures outside . Fortunately we carried a small fan or the situation may have been worse ."

"Very fun hotel with a rooftop sun deck and large clean rooms. Nice restaurant downstairs for breakfast and lunch, and drinks available at the reception area. Close to Marianplatz and able to walk to the Isar (about 25 min walk) for swimming and sunbathing. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. The room itself was wonderful! So much attention to detail from the lights around the bed, swing, bluetooth speaker, and small kitchenette. It was wonderful. Check out was easy, just a key drop, but again, very friendly staff upon exit. The location is perfect...three minutes to walk to the train into the city. Honestly, it was the best."

"The elevator was not working for the 3 days I stayed there. The staff were helpful in getting my luggage to and from my room. Lack of airconditioning on a 34c day made it hard to sleep even with the small fan inroom. Bathroom is super small, getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge. Location is fine if Ubahn stations nearby are open but none were, buses were adequate. 30min walk to Marienplarz, 20 mins to Hauptbahnhof"

"Good location. Walking distance to Central station. Close to shops and restaurants. No shower curtain, water splash outside the tub, make floor slippery, my son tripped because of that. Although there’re two bathrooms, only one has a lock."

"Everything was great but best part was how helpful Alessandra was. She was such a lovely person and so supportive in getting me checked in and letting me know what to see in Munich and to make sure I don’t miss my flight. Truly one of the best staff I’ve met in years anywhere. Overall hotel was great. Clean, quiet, easy to get to, I loved that the park was walking distance. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
