The receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. However we made reservations for dinner 8.30 pm and the service was lousy. First thing the waitor said was that the kitchen closes in 15 minutes. The location is okay, however the hotel is old and in very bad condition. The room they gave me at first had a huge window in the bathroom and no shades, also the curtain shower did not close properly and there was a ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor: nasty, horrible, disgusting, unacceptable. ...

Old hotel room was very nice and updated and very comfortable accompanied by lovely breakfast. The hotel location is perfect facing the harbour view and few steps away from the train station. Highly recommended.
