"The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. "Sehr hellhörig. Um 3:20 kamen Gäste nach Hause und ich wurde wach. Den Rest der Nacht wurde sich in anderen Zimmern unterhalten. Man hört alles. Leider eine recht schlaflose Nacht. Frühstück sehr lieblos. Käse, Schinken wird aus einer Großpackung einfach auf einen Teller geklatscht - könnte man auch so legen, dass man die Scheiben voneinander lösen kann. Design ist sehr nett, Mitarbeiter auch. Zimmer sind klein und geringer Standard - also keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zuzubereiten…"

"Wonderful staff! Delicious cuisine. Clean. Room lighting was so dim that I had to pack outside in the courtyard. Noisy guests upstairs - stomping around at night was very disrespectful. Shower drain did not function and shower wand wouldn't stay in place, but staff was going to fix ASAP and they cared. Overall ok experience. Will return."

"De Lodge group klinkt sjieker dan het is. Ze zijn zeker qua kamerinrichting en comfort niet gul met hun aanbod aan de gasten: Sober is eerder zuinig en daarmee deze prijs-kwaliteit niet in balans: Grote gehorigheid. Je gaat er bijna voorzichtig van worden. Klein tweepersoonsbed bed. Zeer dun dekbed. Verlichting in badkamer minimaal. Beschadigingen aan badrand. Zwarte schimmel in de hoek van de buitenmuur (Zeker NIET verantwoordelijkheid van schoonmakers!) . Erg dun, niet verduisterend...

"Recently stayed here for three nights whilst visiting my daughter, who is doing a semester abroad in Leuven. I picked this hotel because it was directly next to her dorm, as well as right by the train station. Super convenient location, and only a short walk across the pedestrian bridge into the heart of town."

"Room was great. Bed was so comfortable best nights sleep ever. Found the beer prices expensive at 11 euros for 2 half pints. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant "

"Hotel was ideal centrally located nxt to station easy for travel. Room was compact but comfy everything you wpuld expect from a budget room. The improvement i wpuld suggest is having a vent or ability to open a small window as even with the temprature unit it was too hot and dry "

"Vooropgesteld het is een prima hotel, maar je ziet wel dat het een hotel op leeftijd is, de laatste twee keer was de kamer niet heel schoon, vlekken op de muur in de badkamer, stof en vieze hoeken vloer ( die zwart afgeven als je er een papiertje over haalt), personeel is zakelijk en ok, niet per se heel vriendelijk. De spa: Sauna en stoombad en zwembad zijn heerlijk, goed op temperatuur en zeker erg ontspannend na een dag in Antwerpen."

"I needed to book a hotel at very short notice due to travel problems and the Holiday Inn Express was definitely the best of the choices I had. COmbined with the free shuttle service, staff were incredibly helpful, room was comfy and quiet and the breakfast was very good as always with Holiday Inn - would definitely use them again. "

"Very modern hotel and convenient if you are flying early because the airport it’s like 10 minutes away. The complimentary shuttle is great, they have a schedule so prepare accordingly. The area is like commercial, a lot of private offices and sorts, so there’s no other places to eat near the hotel besides the hotel restaurant. We ended up using a food delivery service which worked great. Bed was comfy and they provided two types of pillows which you can choose whatever you prefer. "

"L'hotel è un po fuori mano, ma da li vicino partono i bus e tram per la città. C'è il bagno in camera, ma non è racchiuso tutto in una stanza. Il parcheggio costa 14 € al giorno! Un po troppo. "
