"Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again."

"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. "I’ve been to Santa Barbara before and returned because the team are super helpful, the accommodation is great value for money. The resort is kept super clean and you have everything you need nearby. The only thing I had a challenge with was that the aircon kept intermittently switching itself off so we had to keep resetting it. Apart from that fabulous all round and it didn’t spoil our holiday."
