"Kaatskill Mountain Club is a wonderful hotel. The pool is lovely and the amenities and the staff are great. There are two things I would suggest that would make the customer’s stay more comfortable. The first one is providing a mini refrigerator in the studio units. That would be most helpful. Secondly is installing at least one handle bar in the shower stall for customers who have balance/mobility issues. That said I have recommended this facility to my family and friends. Those who have stayed have loved it. I will be returning. "

"I stayed here two years ago and have been hoping to be able to come back since then. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable, the setting just gorgeous. Everything is a convenient walk away. Staff are laid back, friendly, and helpful. "

"Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. He explained. We were not disapointed at all. When we got into our room everything was great. I turned to go into the bathroom and I was surprised. I am sure the gent at the desk figured this room would be a plus for me. It was! The shower was a flat walk-in with a place to sit while showering. I have never used facilities like this. It was so nice. So I think that the gent at the desk decided to put me in this room for comfort. Thank you!! Well, breakfast was a good choice of food. Again everything was clean and orderly. The whole staff was wonderful. We are home now, but my back is still bad. Thank you comfort Inn. I am sure we will be back."

"What I like about the property that is was a beautiful area to recharge and refresh your mind, getting away from the city side was soo peaceful I would recommend going back again. The thing I don’t like the cabin that I was staying the stovetop wasn’t working to it’s full potential but it worked for the time being overall my experience was amazing. "

They're still finishing the property so not all rooms are available, but I can't wait to visit when they're all done! Beautiful rooms, kind and flexible owners - a must-stay if you're in Saugerties! The luxurious bathrooms are a huge bonus!"
