"We were pleasantly surprised. We normally stay at best western but it was sold out. I’m glad because this is our new Keene hotel. Last couple times at best western was not very good. "We were in the area for a memorial service. It was comforting to have pleasant and smiling, courteous people at the Pointe. The room was clean and very cozy. We would go there again easily if we were in the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Thank you, all."
