"Was clean but air conditioner made funny noise all night. Didn’t sleep well. Juice machine and water out of order and mediocre breakfast. Toilet paper and tissues were worse I have ever used"

"I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt."
