"The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location."

"Top 5* facilities in hotel. Brilliant clean, big rooms, seating room, fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, Gym, Souna and Steam room. Very close to metro and local transport. Lots of cafes and restaurants around this hotel. Brilliant part we like is politeness of staff always happy to help. When we enter in hotel we found very welcoming by Hamza at reception and he helps as with all our needs. Very helpful and great human being person. When we land Istanbul, our baggages didn't...

The management was very helpful, very friendly and very quick to assist when needed. They provided us with extra clean towels, cleaning services and whatever we asked them. We were finally able to get an honest taxi rate in Istanbul because the Dorne guys helped us arrange a taxi ride. I highly recommend. "
