He retained all the original woodwork, doors & windows that give the building a wonderful historic vibe. There is no better place to be centrally located for all of the downtown restaurants, shops, & historical sites. "

But there’s a great coffee shop just a couple blocks away, so it was not an inconvenience. We love staying at this B&B. Chris, Scooby, and the cats are great! "Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned.
