"When I make my reservation I make clear the I need a 1 floor, the guy in the counter was rude and say the I need to make the reservation with them not with 3 party, he charge me for my room and I sing the recive, and then he also charge me $10 extra to give me the 1 floor but never told me he was going to do it, I new bc he also charge to the other person $10 for the 1 floor. I was sure the when I made the reservation and explained my need accordingly with my help I get it, but I was charged...

"The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were disappointing. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the next room and they weren’t arguing. Also, the tub made so much noise when you stood in it that it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Grout was missing on the bathroom tile floor and were uneven and crackled. It may have just been the room that we stayed in, but it felt unsafe. The breakfast was disappointing as was our stay."

"The hotel was clean. Our air conditioner would not stay at the temperature we set it to. We had to get up early in the morning to turn it off because it was 63 degrees, but set for 72. Breakfast was paltry."

"The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep"

"We stayed 2 nights and the first night wasn't too good. 1st of all, The a/c unit sounded like it was raining marbles on a tin roof, but at least it worked very good. 2nd at no fault of the hotels, the freight trains were very loud and made it very difficult to sleep, by the way, 12 trains ran from 830pm to about 630am and since the trains ran parallel with the highway and had roads that crossed the tracks, they blew their whistle the entire way down the highway. 3rd, our queen size bed reeked,...

"Had a decent breakfast, smelled clean, and air conditioner worked great! Downside was every morning we could hear them loading and unloading boats. Bathroom was in desperate need of renovation. Shower rod was half broken and ceiling paint was peeling off to name a few things."

"This place is awesome! We stayed for 4 nights and we could have stayed forever. The property and rooms are fantastic. My wife and I walked the gardens for hours every day. It's such a peaceful break. The rooms have excellent AC, beautiful views, and everything was so clean. I don't normally write reviews but the Inn at Middleton Place deserves it. You can clearly see the effort they put in to every aspect of the stay. The fact that you get free passes to the gardens is such a good deal...
