Was in town for an event otherwise we would of found something else"

"To avoid confusion, you should know that if you book multiple rooms through Expedia, the hotel staff will assign each room a confirmation number. However, this will not be communicated to you. You will have but one confirmation number, and that will likely be the number of the first traveler. Subsequent rooms and travelers will have a secret (I guess) confirmation number that, when you can’t produce it because it has not been communicated to you, will make finding those other rooms nigh unto...

"Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...

"They have a front desk person who doesn't seem to like her job, or people. The property was fine. The cleaning staff is good, but the rooms need a deep cleaning. Breakfast was great."

"I wouldn't recommend it. Tub had rust, the ridge was dirty and I accidentally pulled out the filter in the AC and it was horrible. We asked to change rooms. It was a little bit better. I wouldnt go back again."

"The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all"

"The breakfast staff didn't understand English well enough to easily answer questions. The pool needs replastering on bottom or whatever you call it. If not opening windows for ventilation maybe some sort of exhaust fan? My grandkids call the pool........One big chlorine tablet. Strong and can never see your feet while in pool. Googles didn't even give underwater vision. 2nd stay there. Nice enough to use again. Convenient to take 6th right to downtown. Convenient to hop on...
