We stayed for three nights in the Ibis Hotel. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is a bit outdated. For those who stay in Adana for just a few days, I think the hotel is ok. it's a three-star hotel, so you can't expect much.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt sehr dunkel, und das Ambiente ist wenig einladend. Das Zimmer war klein und nicht modern eingerichtet. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir die Unfreundlichkeit am Empfang – hier würde ich mir deutlich mehr Gastfreundlichkeit wünschen. Auch die Tiefgarage ist veraltet und aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr zu empfehlen; ein Parkplatz im Freien ist die bessere Wahl. Insgesamt fehlt es dem Hotel an einer angenehmen, gastfreundlichen Atmosphäre und einem modernen Erscheinungsbild, das man heute erwarten darf.

Es war alles Top. Rund um die Uhr ist ein einchecken möglich. Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch nach dem auschecken ist ein weiterer Aufenthalt in der Lobby möglich. Preise für Kaffee Tee sind sehr günstig für die Verhältnisse.

Girişte yorumlardaki klima sorununu sorduk bazı odalarda sorun var dediler. Verdikleri oda klima soğutmuyordu teknisyen geldi bozuk dedi oda değiştirdiler. 80 yasında annemle beraber yorgun argon gece saat 12.00 de oda taşıdık. Yeni odadaki klima sadece idare etti

Genel olarak otel temiz ve merkezi konumda, otopark sıkıntısı yok. Kahvaltısı birçok lüks otelin üzerinde bir kaliteye sahip; taze sıkılmış elma suyu gibi detaylar oldukça başarılı. Ancak personel ifadesiz ve mesafeli; saygısızlık olmasa da sıcak bir iletişim kurulamıyor. 523 numaralı odada kıble yönü yanlış gösterilmiş, iki kez kontrol ettim, namaz kılanlar için bu durum sıkıntı oluşturabilir, düzeltilmeli. Yaz sıcağında konakladım; klima özellikle ikindi ve gece saatlerinde yetersiz kalıyor, ortam geç serinliyor. Bu hususlar haricinde memnun kaldım.

Adana İbis hotelde ikinci kez kaldım.Genel olarak otelin konumunun merkezi yerde olmasi artı bi durum sagliyor,odalarin genişliği yeterli.Hotele akşam saatleri olduğu halde yerleşmemiş olmamamiza rağmen telefonla ulaşim sağlanıp giriş saati bildirimi falan teyit edilmedi.klozet hijyeni tam olarak iyi seviyede değildi.Küvet ve lavabo temizliği iyi.Yanliz şöyle bi talihsilik yasadim tabi ben odamla ilgili olarak özel bi istekte bulunmadan standart bi oda tuttum.Çift taraf dizkapak amputeyim ve duş jeli standart insan modeline uygun olarak yukariya monte edilmisti duş jeline ulaşmaya ćalişirken çok kötü şekilde kaydim ve çenemin uzerine zemine düştüm ve çenem yarıldı.Açıkcasi gerek yaşlilar gerek çocuklar ve gerek engelli bireyler için ayrı şekilde konulmuş duş jellerinin olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Kahvaltisı 3 yıldızlı bi hotel için gayet yeterli ve yiyeceklerin sıcak kalması hassasiyetine özen gösterilmişti.

Çok temizdi oda rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Sadece tuvalette çöp kovası yoktu atık kutusu gibi bişey koymuşlar fakat kapaksız bir kutuydu.
