"Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."

"Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. "I assumed I would be staying in a hotel reflective of the pictures shared, however our actual accommodation was in some of the side rooms, in a building that was definitely worse-for-wear. Most of the services that we had expected to be part of the amenities came with an extra charge - from using the gym and pool, to changing rooms because our fan was broken in the middle of a heatwave (they ended up giving us another fan for free).
