"All went well except 02 things: (1) the internet connection was neither fast nor stable. On two occasions (Tue 10 and Fri 13 June) Internet was disconnected repeatedly while i was on an important Zoom meeting. (2) Food was generally good but the "Arabic mezze" was appaling. I had to return the dish as served. When guests choose hotels like the Ramada they expect a certain level of quality overall."
