"Had to move rooms as on top floor with ROOF repair going on all day. Yes they moved us and left next day. Between moving rooms I left my retainer case. Got home and realized I had left it in first room. Called that evening left all info. They said would have housekeeper check and call me. No call, and called back next day spoke to Emily took all my info again. Today at dentist getting scanned to replace will COST ME $1000. Had it for 5 years so not something that has happened ever. I know I left and they pitched like it was nothing. So, don’t leave anything behind…."

As a stop-and-sleep place, I'd give it a solid 10 for quality-to-price ratio. Perfect if you just need a decent night's rest without breaking the bank."
