"Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke. I would request a refund."

"Doug, the host, was very kind and hospitable. He answered all my questions about the property and came by to fix the temperature in the shower when it was off. This tiny cabin was very cute and comfortable with everything I needed! Doug even left fresh fruit and veggies from his garden for me to enjoy. I unfortunately could not completely enjoy the property and firepit as I was in Vermont on a work trip but I want to go back soon and book this adorable cabin to stay."

"Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and welcoming hosts."

"Our stay was incredible! The host was always available for anything we needed. The apartment was very well-equipped, clean, and beautiful! I 100% recommend this place."

"I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area. "

"Great place to stay near Ticonderoga NY"

"The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to Stowe and so much more! Minutes from Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry’s; close to Shelburne Farms, Burlington, and Montpelier. And if you’re a fly fisher, you’re literally on top of the perfect resource for everything you need! The apartment is roomy, clean and comfortable. Although it’s over the shop, it’s completely private. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"I absolutely loved this rental! What a dream spot- cozy, privacy, the owner was so nice but also wasn’t intruding, the garden was beautiful it felt like walking into a fairy garden to get to the rental each day. It felt so safe which is an absolute must. And just made our trip delightful. Would absolutely rent here again!"

"Property is bit date"

"Lovely place to stay in the Rutland area. Setting is in the woods and quiet and it was everything we were looking for. We will definately stay there again should we return to the Rutland area to visit family."

"Loved this intimate apartment. You can walk anywhere in town. Grocery shopping is a 3 minute walk. So are great coffee shops and restaurants. Owners were extremely kind and helpful. It is perfectly situated, as it is close to other towns such as Stowe and Waitsfield. Would visit again."
