"Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was for four days. Breakfast on the 16th floor was good and catered for all travellers. The hotel location was central, next to Chinatown and close to most must-see Manila attractions. The hotel shuttle service (leaving at 9 am and 11 am and return pickups in the afternoon) was on time and convenient, and took us to the Museum and Intramuros. "Normally I do not bother with these surveys but in Conrad's case I will. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience."

"Do not book this hotel. It is like a motel. The room was not cleaned regularly. The room is moldy and old. The staff are rude. Soap was not replaced. Linen had dirt and blood. The Airconditioning is hot. Worse you will have to wait for the breakfast buffet, and the food is nasty. The only good thing is its location. More like a two star hotel with a nice name."

"The staff were lovely and accommodating and helped us with our luggage and provided a warm welcome. The room was very dirty, and not very well maintained. The aircon unit was filthy, and sounded like it was about to break. The walls and skirting boards needed repairing, and the whole room itself felt unclean. The towels were discoloured perhaps from being used over so many years. I wouldn’t stay here again."
