"Great location - easy access to the city! Room was clean but just metres from reception which I felt uncomfortable about. I immediately asked if another room was available instead and the manager agreed offering to do so after the first night as no staff were available to prepare a room. Bed was lovely, comfortable with clean sheets. Windows were paper thin and noise could be heard throughout the night. There was also a cold draft. Block out blinds weren’t fully able to make the room...

"Turned up at 7 05pm they shut reception at 7pm. I was on a plane. I sent an email saying we might be late. They charged me as a no show. Took me 3 days to get my money back. I missed my friends birthday and I had to drive home after a long flight. Not Happy."

"Nice friendly reception staff. Great location close to entertainment and night life on Hindley. Tired amenities and furnishings but relatively clean. Great for short stays with easy access to CBD location and transport (train trams and bus) but travellers need to temper their expectations about the room according to price tag (but hey, there is no such thing as something-for-nothing gems nowadays in Australia)"

"Definitely our new favourite place for us when we visit from the country. Will be our regular from now on. Close enough to CBD & a short stroll to the Main Street in North Adelaide. Excellent facilities and super friendly ladies on the front reception! Thank you for a pleasant stay."
