"Room was dirty, sheets not changed... we slept on top of the blankets which we would have done anyway because the AC wasn't working. It was hot, humid, and reeked of cigarettes. Burn stains all over the room. No coffee maker, iron, blow dryer. 2 tiny "bath towels", only 2 pillows, very hard bed. It was loud, people hanging out getting drunk and high, blasting music, people yelling and arguing. It's sketchy, gross, and still way too expensive for what it is. I wouldn't pay more than $25, and only if I was desperate. I'd honestly rather sleep in the car. "

"No restaurant as advertised. Kitchen had not utensils. No shampoo. Bath towels the size of hand towels. "

"They need to remove all the carpets in their hotel and install wood flooring. That is so old and dirty. Every time I stay there, I get sick with a runny nose, cough, and wheezing!"

"Friendly staff, easy check in, conveniently located. Rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We certainly would stay there again. "

"Sketchy area. When I opened the room, and turn on the lights, and walked inside, there was a cockroach on the counter near the sink. Room smelled bad and all the furniture was outdated. Immediately left and told the person in the front desk about the cockroach and ask for a different room. The second room was on the second floor, noticed there were cats eating from the garbage left outside of one of the rooms on the second floor. Went inside the second room, turned on the lights and walked all the way to the end of the room to check the sliding glass door was locked. It wasn't locked because the lock/handle was broken so went to the front desk again and returned the cardkey and told him I wanted a refund. He said to call Hotels.com for it. Left and booked a room at a hotel down the street 5 minutes away for the same price. Surprisingly the room was completely updated and most importantly super clean. "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Old windows let in all the freeway noise so very loud. I think comfort inns take older properties and make the most out of the though. Very affordable. But kudos for the staff... Very nice."
