"Clean room"

"Excellent"

"The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."

"The kitchen floor was sticky. The sink had something in it from previous occupants . "

"Doesn’t look like the photos. Felt like the hood. The room was not well maintained. Water didn’t not drain. Took a shower and water pooled, same when washing hands. Toilet did not flush. Parking lot not maintained, just felt low quality compared to other properties. Will not stay at again. But staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be."

"This hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The whole parking lot and lobby is full of construction equipment and workers. They should not be still having guests stay here until the renovation is done. There were safety hazards everywhere, drywall dust on everything- the place was just an active construction zone. Unbelievable that they are still open. The room had been newly (cheaply and poorly) updated, so at least it was relatively clean compared with the rest of the hotel."

"I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I did not feel safe inside of this property by any means. The door which was supposed to require a key card to enter opened for anyone and there were multiple people outside the property yelling random things and trying to solicit hotel guests. I was worried the whole time that my car was going to be broken into. Further, the hotel room itself was old, had bugs, was out of conditioner, and the door wasn't sealed. We were kept up all night by guests...

"No fridge or microwave. The room was not ready after our check in. We were surprised when we opened the door to see the room a mess. The receptionists are not friendly. Made me think that they don’t like their job."

"It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this."

"The staff is very rude and disrespectful rooms dirty housekeepers doesn't come towels dirty Linen on the bed was dirty parking area had homeless people just people hanging out it's not safe it's not well lit up in the parking lot the only good thing about this place was the breakfast that's it that's all they're overpriced and overrated terrible stay will not recommend to anyone"
