"If you’re wondering whether to book this place, just do it! It was our favorite part of our trip to Greece. It is located in a quiet fishing village. The views are amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We looked forward to breakfast every morning that included plenty of coffee and options for all dietary needs. They even had a juicer and fruits and vegetables for fresh juice....

"The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions - they really went above and beyond. They also gave excellent meal recommendations. The AC was excellent, when there wasn’t a sea breeze through the balcony door. The view was magnificent and a gift to wake up to every morning! The bus stop outside the door was convenient. "Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return.
