"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."

"Absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable. We discovered large, dark stains on the bedding that appeared to be blood. No guest should ever be expected to sleep in a bed left in this condition. It was filthy, disturbing, and a serious failure of even the most basic hygiene standards. The manager somehow made the situation worse. He was rude, dismissive, and openly gave us attitude instead of showing any concern. He claimed he could not move us to another room, did not bother calling...

"Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors.
