Als das Begrüßungsschreiben vom Hotel bei mir ankam, habe ich mich mit dem Hotel in Verbindung gesetzt und gebeten, mir bei den anstehenden Transfers von Catania nach Lipari, behilflich zu sein. Zeitnah bekam ich Rückmeldung von der Hotelmanagerin, die mir zusicherte, alles weitere in die Wege zu leiten. Dies war dann auch der Fall, und so wurde uns ohne Probleme bei den Transfers...

No se permiten mascotas y no sabíamos, y aún así nos permitió tener a la nuestra que es muy chiquita y bien portada. El desayuno muy rico, Indira la chica que nos atendió es muy amable y eficiente. Sohel, el chico que hace la limpieza de la habitación es un encanto y muy atento y agradable, nunca faltó nada y todo estaba impecable. "Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay...
