"2 very minor issues These will not stop me recommending your hotel 3 person room. Only 2 glasses. Tissue box in shower room was empty except for 2 tissues. Thank you for allowing us into the room early. Life saver as we drove from Gloucestershire to attend a wedding the same day. So we were able to freshen up and get changed. "No double glazing rook was absolutely bloody freezing they had radiators but werent on window did not shut properly had to pay 20 pounds to oay to oark af there property when we had altrady paid for there hotel quite poor tralky couldnt get in the room untill 4pm which was a joke i will nt be recommending this property i love bournemouth and have stayed in a few property's but woll not be teturning here "

"Great location for a trip to Bournemouth, moments away from the beach, it must be one of the closest hotels to the beach area. Room was clean and just what we needed. It was great that our children had beds each rather than having to share a sofa bed. The hotel had a nice lobby bar area, we didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We made use of the pool which was lovely to have for our stay "

"We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back! "
