"The hotel is in a sketchy part of Naples but we ventured out before it was dark. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is also an inordinate amount of street noise - people, cars and the beeping, beeping, beeping but it all adds to the experience of being in that part of Napoli. "Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. Väldigt nöjda med boendet ändå och det fantastiska bemötandet."

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No...

"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip.
