Hotel tres bien, chambre spacieuse, personnel parfait. Excellent séjour. Peut-être prevoir un petit rafraîchissement de tout ce qui est en tissus (revêtement de fauteuil, rideaux, doubes rideaux) qui sont souvent tachés et passés. Un bemol sur la restauration : les buffets sont quasiment toujours les mêmes et de qualité assez moyenne.

Séjour agréable à tous points vues. Hotel , personnel , restaurant. 20/20 seul bémol : rien à voir avec l’hôtel , mais avec SAHARA TOURS INTERNATIONAL. 1 journée visite repas à AGADIR dans le pack du séjour, ils n'ont pas respecté la prestation achetée, et nous ont oubliés pour le retour à l'aéroport en fin de séjour, l’hôtel les a relancé pour qu'ils viennent nous chercher.

Wie ich das jeweils ein paar Tage vor Ankunft mache, sandte ich eine Nachricht, und bat darum, uns ein ruhiges Zimmer weitab von Discos und anderen Lärmquellen zuzuteilen. Beim Check-in vergewisserte ich mich nochmals, ob das designierte Zimmer 301 wirklich unseren Wünschen entsprechen würde, und das wurde mir versichert. Nach der ersten (Disco-) Nacht wurde ich beim Manager vorstellig, doch der teilte mir mit, dass Nr. 301 eines der ruhigsten sei, und dass er uns zudem auf ein Zimmer mit voller Meersicht upgraded habe. Er sagte zudem, dass das Hotel voll ausgebucht sei, dass wir aber jeden Morgen wieder fragen dürften, ob ein Wechsel evtl. möglich wäre! Wir wählten dieses Hotel weil es "adults only" anbietet, wir gingen darum davon aus, dass es dort schön ruhig sei. Aus der Lobbybar ertönt allabendlich bis mind. 23:00 Musik in Disco-Lautstärke, und weil sich die Nr. 301 im selben Trakt befindet, hallt dieser Höllenlärm durch alle Gänge. Dass in der, im Zimmer aufliegenden, Serviceanleitung die Gäste gebeten werden, nach 22:00 in den Etagen nicht laut zu sein, ist ein absoluter Witz, wenn auch ein sehr schlechter. Wir hatten gehofft, bei offenem Fenster mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen zu können, aber dieser Riesenkrach nötigte uns, Fenster und Türe zu verrammeln und mit einer Wolldecke zur Schallisolierung zu versehen. Dank Einnahme von Schlaftabletten konnten wir dann trotzdem schlafen, aber das ist beileibe nicht unsere Vorstellung von erholsamen Ferien...

Séjour globalement agréable. La chambre avec vue sur la mer était un vrai plaisir. L'accès facile à la plage a été un énorme avantage. Cependant, il y a des aspects qui nécessitent une amélioration significative. Tout d'abord, le nettoyage de la chambre était en deçà des standards attendus. En ce qui concerne le personnel, la plupart étaient aimables et serviables, mais il y a eu trois situations qui m'ont particulièrement déçu : 1. Une expérience très frustrante à la réception : lorsque nous avons signalé la disparition de nos serviettes personnelles des transats la veille de notre départ, la réceptionniste en poste ce soir-là n'a pas souhaitée trouver une solution. Elle nous remballé à résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes le lendemain avec le pisciniste déjà parti. Son attitude était désagréable, hautaine et fermée. Étant donné que notre départ était programmé tôt le lendemain matin, nous ne pouvions reporter notre départ pour mener une enquête sur la disparition des serviettes. Nous avons dû insister fermement et élever le ton pour que le personnel se décide enfin à les retrouver dans la réserve. Absence de Responsables ou de Managers disponibles : Il était impossible de discuter avec un responsable ou un manager. Le personnel semblait terrifié à l'idée de contacter un responsable. Cela nous a laissé penser que l'hôtel manquait d'une hiérarchie claire ou d'un processus pour gérer les problèmes. 3. Pression pour les pourboires de la part de certains membres du personnel

Great 4 day stay here. Spacious comfortable rooms. Pools lovely, food ok and lots of choice. Moroccan restaurant was excellent. One exceptional barmaid at evening entertainment (Khadija) was amazing.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement dans ce merveilleux hôtel décoré avec soin. Nos demandes ont été entendues. Un personnel très attentionné et à notre écoute. Concernant la restauration, l’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant type « buffet » avec de délicieux plats très variés et très généreux ainsi que d’un restaurant italien et un resto marocain. Le cadre est idyllique avec cette particularité « réservée aux adultes » permettant de profiter un maximum du séjour pour un lâcher prise garanti. Enfin, tout les soirs une animation est proposée avec des artistes divers de grand talent sans oublier les animations typiquement marocaines. Un grand merci à Si Saïd pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils !

False advertising. This property is not apart of the riu brand say like in Mexico locations. The dining options were poor & front staff is a bit standoff(-ish). The maid staff was lovely but the property needs refurbishment, some wait staff were attentive others ignored you if they could. Beautiful beach and nice locals would go back to agadir not this property.

Un séjour de 10j en couple. L'hôtel, les équipements et le personnel très bien. Surpris de voir au buffet de la viande de porc, dans un pays musulman. La raison : satisfaire les clients. Clientèle très anglo-saxonne. Très peu de français. Quand on visite un pays, c'est les coutumes du pays qu'on accepte.

Absolutely wonderful! Lots of delicious choices at the buffet and the desserts were amazing. We actually preferred the buffet to the one ala carte restaurant we ate at. The room was clean large, beautiful and had a nice balcony with a pool and ocean view. All the staff, particularly at the bars and restaurants were extremely attentive. The trip was very relaxing and restorative. Lots of comfortable loungers by the pool and the beach. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. I had a massage at the spa, although a bit pricey, it was very good. There’s a nice wide walk way that runs along the beach. Nice for walking or running. We aren’t wine or coffee snobs (but we do find that these can sometimes be disappointing at some all-inclusive resorts) however we were quite satisfied with all the drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. I drank mostly beer and white wine and my husband liked the rose (rosay). The other guests are polite ie. no obnoxious party animals. I would definitely recommend Tikida Beach Adults Only.

Très bon établissement Sans enfants. Le public est surtout des personnes retraitées La piscine est magnifique- pas de piscine intérieure par contre Le service est très bon et les repas variés. La nourriture est un peu plus faite pour des touristes anglais ou allemands que les établissements voisins Le service est toujours excellent sauf à l’accueil où toute les informations n’ont pas été données, on sent qu’un effort pourrait être fait sur ce poste

Un super établissement. Le fait qu’il soit « adulte only »fait en sorte qu’il y a peu d’animation sur place. Nous sommes un couple venant de franchir la cinquantaine et la moyenne d’âge est beaucoup plus élevé que nous. Le personnel est très sympathique. Mon seul commentaire serait qu’il nous a été difficile de réserver les restos à la carte car ils sont petits. Une suggestion que je leur ferais c’est qu’au lieu de nous dire de se présenter entre 19;00 et 20;30, je ferais deux services. Disons un service à 19;00 et l’autre à 20;30, permettant au double de personnes de pouvoir bénéficier du restaurant. Aussi, le choix du type de restaurant à la carte n’est qu’à deux. Je préfère une plus grande quantité de type de restauration nous permettant de goûter à différente saveur du monde. Merci

Aucun commentaire sur l'éco responsabilité cela demande une étude approfondie Seuls commentaires pour les personnes qui se couchent vers 22h La musique est très forte au point d'empêcher l'endormissement De plus les sols des chambres sont très mal insonorisés chambre 281 avec terrasse supérieure ! Ceci ne change pas notre satisfaction générale qui est très bonne en regard du tarif offert. Merci

Très bien situé et superbe plage. Nous y sommes allés en mars et il a fait assez chaud pendant notre séjour (25 à 28) et notre seul commentaire est que les airs climatisés n’étaient pas fonctionnels dans les chambres à ce temps ci de l’année au Maroc mais pour le reste tout était parfait . Le choix des fruits et légumes au buffet était vraiment exceptionnel
