"Sold itself as a 5 star resort but it was old and tired. Indoor pool and gymnasium were in terrible condition. Outdoor pool was closed at 6pm every day, which made it impossible to use after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was okay but didn't meet the standard we expected."

Bar prices were not crazy. Just a couple of negatives: Struggled to find an empty sunbed around the pool. Reception ordered a taxi for me and I was charged 70 Euros for a journey that is usually 40."

"Everything was either broken or didn’t work! The fridge worked but most shelves were missing. The oven had no shelves! The extractor fan was broken and didn’t work. Initially the aircon didn’t work - once fixed it was fine. The wi-fi login information was incorrect - I looked at the router label for the correct details. "The hotel has beautiful views and direct access to both rocky and sandy beach areas. The staff are friendly and warm, atmosphere good. My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. In my view it is best suited for travellers seeking relaxation rather than nightlife, thanks to its quiet, scenic location."

"Die Anlage ist sehr klein für so viele Menschen. Außerdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig, überall lag Müll und es war dreckig. Die Außenpools waren nicht besonders gepflegt und sehr trüb. "For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view.
