"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. "I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel.
They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage.
If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option.

"Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben 13 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten ein Swim-up-Zimmer mit Meerblick, das optisch wirklich sehr schön war.
Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Die Reinigungskraft hat nur oberflächlich geputzt und lediglich kurz durchgewischt. Außerdem kam aus der Dusche kaum Wasser. Das Boxspringbett war für uns die reinste Katastrophe: Bereits nach wenigen Minuten sind die Topper komplett verrutscht und die Matratze war...
