"Amazing place. We booked last minute as our previous accommodation had to be cancelled. A pleasant welcome awaited us at reception. The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and bar area, which never felt too busy. The private beach was also a lovely area and the sea was surprisingly warm. A great stay for our family of 4. 5 starts"

"Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. "Gemäss Hotels.com hätte ich als Gold-Kunde eine Weinflasche als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten sollen, dies war jedoch leider nicht der Fall. Abgesehen davon war alles hervorragend: eine tolle Aussicht, ein grosszügiges Bad und ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Personal sowie der Empfang waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend."
