"The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!..."

"Had a satisfactory stay. Check in process was simple and was provided parking. Our attending host Opalyn was very helpful and attended to all our needs through our whole stay. Location is decent, it is right in front of mines view park and Good Sheppard."

"The whole Building is Clean inside and Out.. Staff is on time when we arrived and when we check out she was quick 👍"

"Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved. "The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. "It was okay. Good clean place. "

"Staff were super awesome. Place is very ideal because it was close to the great tourist spots. Room was big and spacious and clean."

"Very clean an the lady running it was wounderful "

"Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"
