"We stayed at Tajview, Agra IHCL SeleQtions from 30th to 31st July 2025 and had a truly memorable experience. The ambience was wonderful, and the warmth of the staff made our short stay very special. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet manager took great care of us and ensured everything was perfect. I was especially impressed to meet staff members who have been with the hotel for decades. We met Raju (37 years with the group), and a lovely lady who has been there for 17 years. Their dedication and long service speak volumes about how well the management treats its people. All the staff we interacted with were amazing, helpful, and always smiling. A highlight of our stay was the time my younger son spent with the hotel’s friendly pets, Max and Maya. He adored them and still misses them dearly. This thoughtful touch added a homely charm to our stay, and we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more. The breakfast spread was very good, and once again the staff made the experience delightful with their care and hospitality. Amit (Catering) was caring and friendly and the service was first class Overall, Tajview felt warm, welcoming, and full of genuine hospitality. This is an experience we will cherish."
