"Clean, comfortable, great place to stay."

"We appreciated the shuttle van back and forth from the airport for only 5 euros per person. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There was a bar and coffee machine in the lobby and fresh cold filtered water machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was huge for only 12 euros per person and they prepared your coffee as you requested. I had delicious caffe latte."

"The location was what I was looking for - not crowded and close to some nature. It is beautifully nestled in the greens, away from traffic and has great parking. The room and bedding were clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, but not a deal breaker. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Sarah especially was so helpful, responsive and patient. FYI - the keycard controls the lights etc. in the room so make sure they tell you this at check-in. Card not in; then nothing works. I...

"I highly recommend as a hotel when flying in and out of Malpensa Airport. Otherwise, the surrounding area has nothing to offer. The airport shuttle is not free, at €5 per person at peak hours and €25 per trip in off-peak."

"Quel jolie surprise que cet hôtel de 1913 perdue sur les hauteurs dans un joli parc boisée et ombragé. On replonge dans le début du XXe siècle. Tout est resté intact. De grands espaces. De long couloirs. Des décors magnifiques. Tout ça, avec le modernisme d’aujourd’hui ! chambres minimalistes mais très spacieuses. Bonne literie . vue imprenable sur Varèse ou le lac . Très grande salle de bain à l’italienne.! avec une robinetterie qui date un peu. Mais c’est là tout le charme. Bon petit déjeuner...

"Bugs and mosquitoes on the wall. Checked in at 1140 before midnight. Sent them a message and changed the room at 230 in the morning. We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. I had other night booked in the hotel on the 24th that of course i cancelled"
