"Staff very friendly. No car parking on site. Had to park on the adjacent road. The spa facilities on site were amazing and the staff in there were also friendly. Spa services were additional cost but that was expected. During the evening meal and breakfast, it was like the staff were only interested in the large coach group in attendance. "Lovely property with a beautiful pool area. Grounds are really pretty, good breakfast and a nice host. Our room was spacious and clean, but a bit dark as it was below the main part of the property and not enough good lighting. Nice to have a terrace, but difficult to use as our neighbours needed to walk through it to get to their room. Also could do with better sound proofing as we could hear our neighbours chatting."
