"The best thing about this property was the private, fine-pebble beach. The sea is beautiful here, and there are plenty of loungers. Our room was fairly basic, but very clean with good AC and the staff were great. Breakfast was very good too but there are only two coffee machines for all the guests so there was always a wait. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not allow outside guests onto the property at all - not even to dine - and this is enforced by a guard at the gate. You will also want a car or be prepared to use taxis, as there is not much within walking distance."

"Great place super clean and well maintained. Helpful staff, nice balcony with road view to enjoy your coffee or drink. Espresso machine in the room and capsules offered. Amenities in bathroom too. Definitely at least a three star hotel not two as advertised"

"Our family had the most wonderful stay at Crystal Waters! The property was beautiful, very convenient location, the food was amazing and the staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home & were incredibly hospitable. Katerina in particular really made us feel very welcome! We would gladly stay at Crystal Waters in future & highly recommend it to those planning to visit Lefkada!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this family-operated hotel. The service was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Every area was spotless and clearly very well maintained. So was the pool and pool area. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer but the hotel area was quiet and relaxing. Thank you."
