"The only thing I did not like is that the hotel shuttle driver drove right past me when I was outside at the designated pickup spot at the airport and he did not even slow down to pick me up. And I had called ahead to let them know was coming. And so I had to pay for an Uber to go from the airport to the hotel, which should never have happened. It’s always a $30. Because the drivers did not even stop when he was supposed to and he knew I was waiting. That really upset me."
