"Overall a pretty clean place and pretty good hotel"

"Everything was beautiful. The room, the facilities. However, while enjoying the pool, I was hit in the face by one of the kids throwing toys around. That really changed my opinion. I would like to enjoy the pool area without being hit in the face with an hard plastic toy!"

"I've stayed here twice and both times were nice experiences in many ways. This recent stay had a few issues. The front desk staff person was pretty abrupt and not welcoming when I checked in. The restaurants are limited. I asked for my room service tray to be picked up and it never was. Just small stuff. The rooms are very nice and the Heavenly Bed is indeed heavenly!"

"You HAVE to stay here! The vibes are vibing! We loved the decor, quirkiness, cleanliness, and extra amenities available. There’s a fun (and unexpected) vintage “shop” out back & I found a couple goodies. This will be our go-to place for Palm Springs time & time again."

"We were a few hours early and gladly paid $25 for early check in. Room was clean, AC was great because it was a little warm the time we were there. Breakfast had good choices and usually bananas are over ripe. Apples were fresh. Overall, for just an overnight stay it was great."

"Our family enjoyed an overnight stay here. We loved the room and enjoyed time in the pools, really wish we had had more time to stay. The only part we didn't like was the sales pitch. We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and was informed that our room would be ready at exactly 4PM. We were sent to the concierge for a welcome packet where they tried to give us a timeshare pitch. As soon as I said no and went to sit and wait for it to be 4PM, our room was magically ready."

"This adults only hotel was geared towards relaxation no TVs no phones just harmony the lead staff member lisa was above and beyond accommodating wonderful place to get away and just relax very nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi perfect for a weekend staycation I will definitely be returning"

"This was a beautiful property! Every time I pass by this hotel, I always say I wanna stay there! So this time we decided to make it happen!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Beautiful landscaping and so many hummingbirds flying around! The staff was very friendly and attentive… :) Spent a lot of time in the pool, which is a little small.
