"Courteous and helpful staff. A bit too close to the train tracks but fortunately the last train was about 10 PM"

"Muy bien siempre uso casa andina"

"Excelente servicio."

"Location is excellent and is just a minute walk to the Bus station, Train Station and center. The AC was leaking water for the first 2 nights and was not working on the 3rd night when they shifted me to a new room. A floor fan was provided on request. The hotel is located right in front of train tracks and I have heard train go through a couple of times after 10 pm but it's not too bothersome if your room is situated on the stream side. Thanks to her advice, we secured our tickets that evening and may have avoided missing out on our preferred circuit. She was also very...

"really nice place. minutes walk to the main ticket office to get Machu picchu and the bus. There are no cars, but everything is less then 10 minute walk from there. lots of little things to see, and great street food, restaurants....just be aware that the train ride back at least for us was delayed getting back to...

"Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good night’s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff."
