"This place looked amazing in the photos, but when you get there, it’s honestly nothing like the pictures. There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the staff was very kind and helpful, but my main complaint is definitely the smell in both the room and washroom. The floors also didn’t seem very clean; our socks turned completely black from walking around. Unfortunately, I had to leave...

"The hotel was better than I expected when I signed in and the staff was kind. The rooms are modern and ok. The breakfast was real good. The hotel is a standard European place. Nothing special but nothing bad. Parking on the street was easy enough. The problem I had was more location than anything. It is not near anywhere a tourist would want to go. If you are passing through for a night, it works. If you like to walk around town, I’d find an alternative."

"Two major things stood out during my stay: how absolutely amazing it smelled throughout the entire property and how sweet and amiable the staff is. Everything was in working order— I didn’t any issues at all during my stay. The breakfast is good, although I do wish there were a few more options or more variety. The only thing to note is there is an elementary school directly behind the hotel pool and so you may hear a bit of ruckus during the weekdays if you’re out there in the afternoon but...

"Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased."

Nur drei Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Sind diese besetzt muss man selber an der Hauptstraße oder passenden Parkplätzen in der Nähe suchen. Gefühlt kein 4-Sterne Hotel mehr"

"What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended."

The staff was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and hot dishes. "Since day one the staff, facilities and all American were top notch, very helpful staff provided all the information needed to check in, breakfast and location of pools and other areas. Rooms were kept daily and crew always did an amazing job. The pool was amazing with friendly help taking drink orders while we were enjoying the pool."

"Charming building. Loved the bath tub and real bars of soap instead of that goop from plastic containers. Overlooks little park. Easy to park in front of but one way street makes it hard to get out.Very nice staff."
