"We stayed at the Aspen Suites in Fairbanks for 18 days while visiting our family and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The rooms were excellent and the kitchen in our room was just perfect. The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were always helpful and very pleasant. We look forward to returning to Aspen Suites on our next visit."

"Overall the villa was quite nice! I didn’t love the drive up there since it wasn’t entirely paved and we had a trailer with us, but it was doable and worth it for me. The rooms were a little warmer than my liking but everything was well decorated and nicely cleaned. The walls are a little thin, but there weren’t too many guests when we stayed so it wasn’t an issue for us. The windows in both the room and the lobby were huge and perfect for viewing the scenery. "I include in Amenities "STAIRS" If you are not totally mobil or 85 years old as we are, having a room on the 3rd floor, no elevators, and then needing to deal with STAIRS to breakfast, was not something we would want to do again. Great Breakfast, and Great people running this place! Just not for our age bracket!"

"Nice to meet you here"

"They really need to have at least a continental breakfast since we did not see any place closeby to get that. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and they were very helpful in getting us to the Alaskan Railroad Depot on time."

"If I could give this place 10 stars. I would. While the place is extremely clean. And has everything you need for your travels. The stars are for the staff. Chole ( check in clerk). Absolutely amazing. Friendly and all around good person. Charlotte ( Breakfast ) again Friendly and very polite. Dalton (Security) just amazing. Trying to help us find the northern lights. And the manager Autumn. Thank you for running a great hotel. And having an amazing staff. We will be back. Just because...

"Breakfast you have take in another building 3 or 4 block away from you no way , building doesn't have elevator,"

"This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay while in town for our daughter’s swim meet. The property is right by the harbor and easy walking distance from many restaurants. The whole property could use a thorough remodel and update, but it wasn’t awful. Full sized beds are a bit small when both parents are 6 feet plus. My kids have full size beds in their bedrooms, so we felt pretty jammed in while sleeping. The front desk staff was always kind and very helpful, and breakfast in the...

"Great location, helpful staff, clean. Everything was great except they need new thermostats in the rooms."
