"One of the latest additions to Ahangama beachfront, which itself is also recently developed. 40 sea view rooms plus 12 much cheaper and a bit smaller rooms at the backside. The whole setup is a solid 3-4 star: large pool, spa, good buffet breakfast, stable WiFi. And only 300 m walk from town centre (and 500 to station) with lots of bars and restaurants. Vi hade en fin vistelse och det är ett fint hotell men vi tyckte det saknades lite ”feeling”, hotellet kändes överlag mörkt och tyst trots att det bodde mycket människor där. "Nice clean rooms and attentive staff, pool was heated and the location was walkable into certain surf spots; sticks, and marshmallow. Only issues is that the bathroom was slightly broken, sink was loose and shower door dragged. The staff we not familiar with Expedia payments, but this is common for the island as most hotels don’t like the idea of not being paid cash. This was sorted eventually but remember to show your payment receipt on check in. "

"We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama.
