"L’eau de la piscine est très froide. Si vous choisissez une chambre avec un lit seulement, vous devrez vous accommoder du bruit de l’autoroute juste à même pas 100 mètres. Nous avons demander une autre chambre avec 2 lits côté quartier insdustriel et là il n’y a aucun bruit. Merci au gérant de ne pas nous l’avoir charger le surplus, car la thermopompe ne fonctionnait pas dans la première chambre. "

"The hotel is newly built, but our first room had a strong smell of animals, we had to switch rooms. Even the second room was small and dark, almost like a cave, so we mostly stayed in the 2nd-floor communal area. There wasn’t much around the hotel, and maybe it’s because it was winter, but the location wasn’t great for me.

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"

"Perfect for a family of four.
Hotel is Super clean, which made our stay really comfy. We came back from skiing, and our ski clothes got soaked in the rain. Luckily, the hotel offers complimentary laundry so everything was dry and fresh. The kitchen was great for whipping up a quick late night snack. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise. Loved our stay!"

"This hotel was wonderful for our young kids! We rented the family suite which gave us all a little extra space. The pool and slide were great for beginner swimmers. The splash pad is permanently out of service which was a little disappointing for our kiddos, but otherwise everything was wonderful. The staff was lovely and attentive! "
