"Beautifully located hotel with clean rooms and lovely views. Staff was helpful. I would definitely come back! My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. "The staff were mostly friendly and helpful if in somewhat small supply. Pool bar on 6th floor barely staffed and not actually by pool. Had to ring to reception to get someone to come up and serve. The decor was a little tired and outdated. Cover to toilet flush fell off although it was quickly put right by the time we came back around lunch - clearly cleaning crew reported it and had it fixed. Old fashioned shower over bath. Hot breakfast wasn’t!! I tried the first two days thinking day one...

"Amazing pool but did get a little crowded, it’s quite small. Beautiful views from the rooftop and amazing food and beverage service- a great spot to work until your room is ready or before you leave as well. Rooms are spacious - no tv (tvs can be important for local news etc) or mini fridge tho which was hard cus we had medication with us- they offered the front desk fridge but we just kept getting ice. "Being able to have my complimentary breakfast delivered on a cart when I wanted it in my room. It was fantastic and I got to choose the bread I wanted and it came with cheese and ham and a big glass of refreshing orange juice and I also selected hot chocolate. Everything was delicious."
