If you’re n Aigue Mortes this is where to stay

5 star hotel. The people were lovely. The hotel room was gorgeous. We used the indoor pool/spa and it was awesome after a day of walking. Great location. I parked in lot 2 and it was a 2 minute walk to the hotel. And when I left they got me out for free. The room was gorgeous.

A truly special place to stay!

The entire stay at Hotel de Remparts was exceptional. The hotel rooms were both stunning and comfortable. The family that owns the hotel is onsite and that made it even more special to see what kind of passion they poured into creating a one of a kind hotel experience. We hope to someday return.

Couldn't be better.

After looking at the hotel on Hotels.com, we made the booking, but on arrival were thrilled to find that the Hotel had been completely renovated after being closed for 2 years. The front of the building still resembled the web pictures, but everything else was brand new!.................except of course for the centuries old stonework on display and integrated into the renovation. It is now a 4 start Hotel, so the information and pictures on Hotels.com will need updating. Service was excellent as was our room and the rest of the hotel. Situated inside the town wall, it is close to an access gate and external parking, the cost of which (53 euro) was covered by the Hotel. We couldn't fault this Hotel. Very tastefully renovated. Wifi that works. A large, clean, well equipped room. Parking. Close to everything. Pleasant staff. 100% recommendation.

Superb!

A wonderful stay in a beautifully refurbished building in Aigues Mortes. The family and their staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Even Petrus and Nestor the hotel dogs were friendly and affectionate to all - particularly around breakfast time!! Fabulous hotel in a lovely ancient town and beautiful surrounding countryside. Well worth a visit. Un séjour merveilleux dans un bâtiment magnifiquement rénové à Aigues Mortes. La famille et son personnel se sont surpassés pour fournir un excellent service. Même Petrus et Nestor, les chiens de l'hôtel, se sont montrés amicaux et affectueux envers tous - en particulier à l'heure du petit-déjeuner ! Excellent hôtel dans une charmante ville ancienne et dans une belle campagne environnante. Il vaut vraiment la peine d'être visité.

L'hôtel est magnifique. La décoration et le style sont parfaitement adaptés au lieux et à l'ambiance du séjour à Aigues Mortes. L'accueil était irréprochable. Nous avons été reçu comme des princes. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de profiter de la piscine. C'est un lieu très relaxant. Quand au petit déjeuner, la qualité et la quantité étaient au rendez vous avec un large choix de produits que vous pouvez déguster à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur sur la magnifique terrasse face au célèbre remparts. Un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande cette établissement aux amoureux du style, du charme et de la tranquillité. Merci à toute l'équipe.

una parada super agradable

hotel dentro las murallas de Aigues Mortes, sitio super bonito y tranquilo. No hay parquing en el edificio pero está justo a 2 minutos. El Staff es super super amable, durante el desayuno me hizo compañia el perro del hotel, un amor. El desayuno bastante completo, pero no es a buffet, los platos los preparan ellos y los entregan a la mesa. Pero un clietne puede pider mil veces mas si quiero y por eso le daria maxima puntuacion. La habitacion super limpia y decorada con buen gusto. Yo diria que es mas un hotel de vacaciones y no de business, pero bueno depiende y es algo bastante personal. Primera vez y seguro volveré a estar en este hotel porque me encantò todo.

Fantastique séjour!

Mon séjour était fantastique. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La chambre était superbe, grand et comfortable. Je n'ai jamais eu une chambre tellement jolie. En plus, l'hôtel a un lounge et bar au dehors, très accueillant. La cuisine est excellente, spécialement le petit-déjeuner, que est servi.
