"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Cross Keys Hotel. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "The facilities are being added to : restaurants etc. our room, themed room: Cape Town was decorated to good standard. The best breakfast, parking and access was very good. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. It was great experience and would go again Thanks to all the staff."
